Our centralized referral center is here to make your life easier! For your convenience, referrals can be called in, faxed or emailed to our office. We will also assist with obtaining the authorization for patients to have physical therapy. All patients are generally scheduled for their physical therapy evaluation within 24 - 48 hours of receiving authorization.
